5 Terre Lodge was a great value for the money, providing a clean and spacious room with modern amenities. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and ferry to Cinque Terre. The staff, particularly Andrea, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with the addition of disposable cups for the kettle provided in the room.

Had a nice stay for 1 night, everything was perfect. the room was compact with all basic amenities, we had a good rest. - A shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a plus. - Our location was unbeatable and favourable, close to a train station. - Tried some nice meals at Pizzeria Masaniello, located really close to the hotel.

The total stay was such great for 1 night. It was in a marvellous and magnificent location easy walk to a fine-arts museum. Took a walk around city center, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We had a bit of trouble finding the place as there was no obvious signage, but once we rang the bell outside, the receptionist let us in. The room was a bit dark, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The internet was fast, and we appreciated the self-managed luggage storage. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

As a hiker exploring the Cinque Terre, our stay at 5 Terre Lodge was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to pedestrian-only shops, restaurants, and the train station. The waterfront and ferry to Cinque Terre were just a short walk away. Private parking was available for a small fee, or street parking up the hill was cheaper. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing good value for the price.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. The shower was nice and refreshing, providing a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was fantastic, with downtown and the train station just a short walking distance away. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and visit the nearby Cinque Terre. Plus, the helpful staff gave us all the information we needed about the local area and even assisted us in getting our Cinque Terre travel cards.

The check-in process was quite a hassle. We didn't receive the details on how to retrieve the key in advance, and it took us a while to find the correct contact number to sort out the issue.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé à proximité de la gare. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et bien équipée. Le personnel était très agréable, sympathique et disponible. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, avec des croissants savoureux. Nous avons également profité de la situation centrale de l'hôtel, qui nous a permis de nous rendre facilement au centre-ville et à la promenade. Bref, un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Le seul point négatif était le bruit de la rue à côté de l'hôtel, mais cela est commun à tous les hôtels proches de la gare.

We had a great time staying at this hotel while visiting Cinque Terre. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and train station. The friendly cleaner kept our room spotless and the coffee in the morning was a nice touch. a wonderful place to stay for exploring Cinque Terre.

our recent stay in la spezia surpassed our expectations. 5 terre lodge was the perfect choice for an early morning flight. the staff was incredibly helpful and the location was ideal, with cafes and the train station just around the corner.

Door lock was finicky.

Great value for money, with a compact but comfortable room for a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, close to the train station and a minimarket. The staff, especially Matteo and the young woman at reception, were lovely and made us feel at home.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more utensils and mugs for all guests.
